The leadership of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State has announced the constitution of the State Disciplinary Committee and the State Reconciliation Committee, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen internal democracy, promote party discipline, and ensure unity among members across all levels of the party structure.
According to the State Chairman of the PDP, Hon. Dayo Ogungbenro, the formation of these committees reflects the party’s commitment to maintaining decorum, resolving internal disputes amicably, and sustaining the enviable cohesion that the Oyo State PDP has come to be known for.
The newly constituted committees are as follows:
OYO STATE PDP DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
1. Hon. Oludayo Opatokun – Chairman
2. Pastor Biodun Popoola – Secretary
3. Barr. Gbadegesin Waheed – Member
4. Barr. Eedris Durosaro – Member
5. Michael Ogunsina – Member
6. Mrs. Dupe Temileyi – Member
7. Hon. Kunmi Adesina – Member
OYO STATE PDP RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE
1. Hon. Mufu Ogunremi – Chairman
2. Hon. Yemi Oyelami – Secretary
3. Hon. Oludayo Opatokun – Member
4. Hon. Kamorudeen Adeyemi – Member
5. Hon. Yusuf Adekunle – Member
6. Hon. Akinsola Ayuba – Member
7. Hon. Wulemot Ibitoye – Member
8. Hon. Toyin Olaniran – Member
9. Hon. Lekan Bello – Member
These committees will be inaugurated in due course and the date will be announced.
